Meet the Team

Director and Course Instructor
Paddy is an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Paddy has over 10 years of experience working in professional football, as well as working with various national and international athletes across a range of sports.
Paddy completed a PhD whilst working full-time in professional football, focusing on the topic of training load monitoring as a tool for supporting athlete progression during the transition from youth to professional football.
More recently, Paddy has developed as a lecturer and is a course leader in Sport and Exercise Science. Additionally, Paddy has published in a range of international academic journals, primarily regarding training load monitoring and strength and conditioning.

Director and Course Instructor
Rodrigo Aspe is a UKSCA-accredited Sport and Exercise Science Lecturer with more than 15 years' experience in higher education and applied performance coaching.
Rodrigo has held senior academic positions, including Course Leader roles at the University of Gloucestershire and Hartpury University, managing undergraduate programmes and overseeing curriculum design.
His applied expertise includes delivering high-performance strength and conditioning services to elite and pathway athletes through roles with the Scottish Rugby Union, the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS), Scottish Hockey and multiple semi-professional sports clubs.
Rodrigo holds an MSc in Strength and Conditioning, a BSc (Hons) in Sports Health and Exercise, and is both HEA- and UKSCA-accredited.
