The UKSCA (United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association) offers a comprehensive Strength & Conditioning Trainer course designed for individuals looking to enhance their skills in strength and conditioning coaching. This course is ideal for those who aim to work with athletes across various sports and fitness levels.
Course Details
The UKSCA S&C trainer course provides a common standard for early stage S&C coaches, as well as those from other professions who are delivering elements of S&C such as PE teachers, physiotherapists, sports coaches, and fitness professionals
Delivery Model
Our hybrid learning approach allows you to take advantage of practical delivery, tutorial sessions and one-to-one support. All sessions are delivered by UKSCA Accredited coaches and Fellows of the Higher Education Academy ensuring you have the necessary support on your strength and conditioning journey
Our in-person sessions are delivered monthly to allow you to complete the course at a steady pace with consistent support.
Our in-person delivery dates are:
Saturday 15th November (0900 - 1500)
Saturday 13th December (0900 - 1500)
Saturday 24th January (0900 - 1500)
Additionally, through our industry standard e-learning platform you will have access to a suite of pre-recorded material and learning resources to provide you with an in-depth, high quality learning environment.
Access to all course material and our Moodle page will be released 2-weeks ahead of the course commencing. With a link sent to your email address provided at registration.
