At Athletic Performance Training and Education Ltd, we want you to feel confident when booking our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund.

 
1. General Refund Terms

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your original booking date, provided that:

  • The service has not yet been delivered, and

  • You have not attended any sessions or accessed any course materials (if applicable)

Refunds requested after the 14-day period may be declined or granted at our sole discretion.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@athleticperformanceedu.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Date of booking

  • Service or product purchased

  • Reason for the refund request (optional)

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered or partially completed

  • Digital products or downloads that have been accessed or downloaded

4. Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
